Federal response "unacceptable"

Hospitals flooded.
Police station flooded.
Fire pumps not working

"results not acceptable"

"FEMA aid has fallen short"

Shots fired.

"Where's the help?"

We need help down here.

patience wearing thin

tired - hungry-dirty-scared

levees broke,city flooded,thousands stranded
90% of infrastructure of Golf Coast totally destroyed
President Bush says - "Nobody anticipated breech of levees."

President Bush assures the rest of the nation that he'll hold down the price of gas.

"We're living like animals down here."

Bank closed ATM flooded. no food no water

misery-hell-apocalypse

Hell
