A Disgrace

WASHINGTON -- When I hear U.S. officials describe the suicides of three Muslim prisoners at Guantanamo Bay last Saturday as "asymmetric warfare" and "a good PR move,"
I know it's time to close that camp -- not just because of what it's doing to the prisoners but because of how it is dehumanizing the American captors.

I so totally agree with what written in one USA newspaer, today (1st paragraph quoted above) Suicides no 'PR stunt.'

It is typical, perhaps human nature, to not care about your enemy; to dehumanize the enemy; to mock and insult the enemy. I find it happens to me in sports, for example.
I may even think some player from some team is a good guy and a good player BUT when he plays my home team I wouldn't mind seeing him break a leg! Exaggerating, naturally

But after the suicides of three of the 'Gitmo prisoners' when one USA Defense Dept. official said it was: "A good PR stunt," that made me sick to my stomach.

We do hardened and hurt ourselves when we feed only on hate and now it seems like the USA & Israel are the new-nazis, with the hardest hearts.

War is ok when truly defending yourself. But to pretend you're the innocent one while actually being the one always on the attack is a sickness of some kind.

OUT OF GITMO. ASAP! OUT OF IRAQ. ASAP! IF ISRAEL WANTS TO KEEP FIGHTING, FINE, BUT LET THEM DO IT WITH SOMEBODY ELSE'S MONEY AND WEAPONS.
