I heard a special limo caravan was sent out for Dick Cheney to rush him over to Congress in case a tie-breaking vote was needed; like if just ONE Senator had shifted and the vote was 49-49; then Cheney could have made it 50-49.So, it was that close: It was One Vote close. Realistically it's still war in a way; but, 4sure, a tide has changed.
